Leading our grooming department is Dianne Pampillon. Trained at the New York School of Dog Grooming, she graduated at the top of her class, add 20 years of dog grooming experience and you can be assured that  your pet will receive top of the line treatment and you will get the best quality of service when you bring your pet in for grooming at Top Tails.

Unlike our competitor who would like to keep your dog all day, we do what we can to make your pets visit with us as quick and pleasant as possible. After all, it is their day at the salon and should be relaxing. All pets are hand washed and dried. We set a reasonable number of appointments for the day and everyone is usually in and out in 3 hours or less.

We require all our customers (the pet) to be up to date on their Bordetella and Distemper Vaccines. These are two common air borne virus that affect dogs, and can be transmitted in minutes simply by sitting in the same room with an affected animal.

We also do walk-ins for nail trimmings, just call ahead to make sure the groomer is in and available. We also clip wings and nails on birds and reptiles.

Obedience Training Classes

We are proud to now offer obedience classes for your dogs. Our instructor Michelle Johnson has titled seven dogs in obedience trials and is great at making sure you and your pet get the most out of the experience.

 

Classes Start at a 6 week program for $129.99 and are held every Thursday from 7:30pm -  8:30pm. The classes are small and work on an ongoing  cycle so just start when you are ready.

 

Aquarium Service and Maintenance

Now you can have that beautiful aquarium that you have always wanted, without all the hassle. We take care of the initial setup, perform weekly,  bi-weekly or monthly maintenance as recommended. We maintain it while you are home or away. No more worries about dealing with the complexities of a saltwater aquarium, or the inconvenience of maintaining a freshwater. Let us handle it for you.
